void Arcane::mesh::CartesianFaceUniqueIdBuilder::computeFacesUniqueIdAndOwner ( )

Calculates the uniqueIds() and owners.

For owners, it is assumed that all faces belong to this sub-domain except for faces on the lower boundaries which belong to the lower sub-domain in each direction. NOTE: this does not necessarily balance the number of ghost/shared faces between sub-domains but it is easier to calculate.
